Turntable Blast Cabinets are used to rotate products during the blasting process. This ensures that especially cylindrical products achieve a homogeneous blasted surface. There are various systems available for this application.
A basic system is a manual turntable, which can be either movable or stationary within the cabinet. A product can be placed on this turntable and rotated manually during blasting. Additionally, there are electrically powered turntables available in different configurations, allowing you to choose between loading in the cabinet, loading on a trolley outside the cabinet, or a swing arm that pivots outside the cabinet.
Our installations can also handle products with a high weight of over 1000 kg.
Various systems are available for blasting, ranging from manual to fully automatic, with multiple moving guns. The degree of automation depends on the capabilities of your product, as well as the quantities you wish to process and the consistency between the products.
