Which blasting principle is the most suitable for me?

As there are various principles, this is not an easy question to answer.

Generally the following applies:

  • Injector blasting is used if there relatively little blasting is required and/or the desired blast intensity is not too high.
  • The pressure tank principle is used if larger/multiple products need to be blasted. The intensity is 4-5 times greater than injector blasting.
  • Wet blasting is normally used if the products need to be blasted with relatively low intensity.
  • For wheel blasting, large and smaller parts can be automatically blasted. The capacity of a wheel blaster is considerably greater than blasting on the pressure tank principle.
